Paul is a kind and patient spiritual teacher. He explained, very clearly, everything about pyramid energies, their dimensions, and how the pyramids can help to heal people, plants, animals, and just about anything you place inside one of them. The meditations that we did as a group were also greatly enhanced by the beautiful energy that the pyramids generate, and we also each got to hold a caduceus coil which enhanced to energies further. As someone who has mental and physical health issues, I felt a lot of benefit from sitting inside the pyramid. My aches and pains definitely lessened. Having not competed for a couple of years I felt low on confidence after I did finally enter back into competition. Leading up to my event my head was creating all sorts of disastrous outcomes, which shattered what was left of my normally steely self-belief. I have experienced a lot of success in past competition, including winning multiple national championships and I couldn’t understand why I was in in such a negative head space?
Having worked with Paul before I felt positive about remedying the negative thinking I was doing. As Paul always does, he went for the root of the issue, always connecting the dots to the point that I really understood just how I’d created the issue.
After that we did some NLP techniques and all the negativity went, leaving a clear sense of my goal and my confidence restored! ….I won every round in my contest and walked away with the victory.

I have been using my Stargate pyramid for over six months now and the positive effects have amazed me. Having the pyramid structure around me as I meditate and do my visualisations work has created a sense of being in a sacred place and whilst in this space I am going much deeper in my meditation work.
I work a lot with intentions and I am finding that my intentions are coming to fruition more quickly than before, another benefit I wasn’t expecting.
I am also storing and drinking mineral water in my pyramid and drinking one or two glasses of it daily and my overall health has noticeably improved.
So far, this meditation pyramid has been a revolution for me and I get the feeling the more time I spend inside of it the more benefits will come!?

I almost don’t think anyone believes me when I say Paul helped me save my life. When I went to Paul in July 2020, I was stuck on what had happened to me in my life. I had had counselling since I was 4 years old, (I am now 25) and not one counsellor had ever made a positive impact other than letting me talk at them for an hour then kindly seeing me out the door for a month with no check-ups in-between. When I first started working with Paul I was quite frankly struggling with everything. Things from the past were bothering the present and what potentially could be in front of me. Before meeting Paul I felt like I was stuck in a rut and could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. In fact the tunnel felt like it was getting longer and darker due to health concerns following a serious medical diagnosis, working in a challenging and unfulfilling work place and numerous unsuccessful job applications where I was constantly told I was very good, but not good enough. These issues reaffirmed my long term negative self-talk; about myself, other people and the future. I felt worthless and had no hope. I was in a bad place and was constantly thinking about how worthless I was and why I didn’t deserve to be happy or successful. I needed help and even after meeting Paul for an initial consultation I knew that things were going to change for the better. Paul immediately picked up on the negative self-talk and provided me with different tools which enabled me to distance myself from my thoughts and better manage my emotions which arose from them. This separation between thought and emotion reduced my anxiety and gave me clarity of thought, improving my overall mood, energy levels and confidence. After a few more sessions and committing to homework tasks set by Paul, my outlook on life changed and more and more positive events started to arise. I called these moments Jedi moments, because not only did they feel supernatural but also like I was back on the right path, and in way it felt they were “meant to happen”. I started trusting my intuition, it became my guide and even if I suffered a set-back, it did not dampen my spirit. Several weeks later, I was offered my dream job working in fisheries and environmental management and due to my new found confidence and self-belief I secured my first ever public DJ sets. Before I met Paul I truly believed I was not deserving of such great things but I am now confident I can achieve anything I put my mind too and I am forever thankful for the direction and support Paul has provided me.

Your workshop was a great experience and I thoroughly enjoyed the energies and community of like-minded individuals that attended. I felt a beautiful vibration when in meditation inside the pyramid and felt a decrease in pain in my knee and hip afterwards. I slept so soundly that evening, I was exhausted. My integration with my inner child was a beautiful experience and to be able to see how to move beyond my past was incredibly easy once in meditation with guidance, truly grateful for the experience. My pyramid arrived a couple of months and so far, I can feel that the energy from it is really strong. I am finding my qigong, practice is really powerful when I am standing under it.
I like sleeping in my pyramid and when I do my sleeping time has reduced by 0.5 - 1 hours a night.
I also grew sprouts in the apex point, where not much light can get to and compared it with sprouts I grew close to the window and the apex group grew about twice as fast, even though, the sprouts at the window had maybe about three times the sunlight
So far, the effects of the pyramid have been great!
