FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Can I work with you online?
    Yes, online or in person or a combination of both, whatever suits your needs best. Book a no obligation, initial consultation with me (either in person or online) HERE
  • Would you travel to me to do some of the Energy Therapy work?
    Yes, I am happy to travel. My time and cost of travel would be additional to the investment for the Energy Therapy work. Email me at paul@paulbarlowenergy.com to discuss your requirements.
  • Can I do a session and see how it goes?
    Yes, we can do an initial consultation session as a single session. Providing I am happy to work with you, subsequent sessions will be an agreed and structured program with a contract. Book your initial consultation HERE
  • Can I still work with you after my program has finished?
    Yes of course. Once we have finished our initial program we will discuss any further support that you may require. Some individuals like to arrange further programs for different goals and outcomes, again this would be an agreed and structured program with a contract. Other individuals like to see me once a month or even once very few months for a check in. This is done on a session to session basis or if preferred we can create a contractual agreement. *Please note that the majority of clients rarely return to discuss the same issue as the issue was. I have found that some clients come back to work with me to explore deeper layers of the original issue that they were not ready to process during the original program.
  • Can we do my program as an intensive?
    We would need to plan out the logistics but yes it is possible to do intensive periods of work. I am happy to offer intensive work for a maximum duration of four days. Once the intensive Energy Therapy work phase is completed, it would be equally important to consider the time period necessary for assimilation and any subsequent support required.   • Do I have to sign a contract?
    Yes, all my programs have to be read and signed by you the client and me the Therapist. My standard contract has been designed by professionals and is legally binding. *Please note that throughout my experience and observations, it is the individuals who commit in this way who are significantly more successful in obtaining their outcomes. When you commit you are saying to yourself 1) I want this outcome and I’m willing to invest in myself, and 2) I love myself enough to invest in my better future. This is a great signal to broadcast to both yourself and the intelligent field of energy that you live in.
  • My pyramid poles are not level at the top?
    Firstly please make sure all of the poles are correctly inserted into the sockets as described in the instructions. If the poles are still not lining up please see the “pyramid alignment” video.
  • The pole and socket fit is tight and difficult to slot in?
    Occasionally the black poles and sockets can be tight. Spray a little WD-40 oil into each joint (alternatively use coconut oil). This will remedy any tight fitting joints. Remember to wipe off any excess oil.
  • Can I use or leave my pyramid outside?
    Providing the ground is dry and the temperature is not above 18ᵒC then yes. However, it is best to keep your pyramid dry and out of direct sunlight as there is potential for the poles to warp.
  • Can I use my Apex amplifier or Capstone outside?
    It is recommended that these products are kept out of direct sunlight as the resin can warp and discolour.
  • What if I need to transport my pyramid?
    If you need to take your pyramid apart please do so in the reverse order that you put it together. If you have a capstone and amplifier platform please take extra care when separating them from the pyramid poles as they may crack or break if they fall onto a hard surface. Reassemble your pyramid following the provided instructions or “how to” videos.
  • There are no holes for the zip ties?
    In the rare instance this may occur please email us and we will arrange for collection of the four pieces of the upright poles with dome caps on. Meanwhile we will send you four new upright pieces. Send your request to paul@paulbarlowenergy.com
  • I have followed the instructions for the caduceus coil and i’m playing Solfeggio tones through it but I cannot hear anything?
    This is correct, you will not hear anything. The scalar wave vibrations will be moving through the coil despite the absence of any sound, relax and pay attention to the frequencies that work best for you.
  • Can I order a bespoke product?
    Yes, for the pyramids we are happy to offer a combination of coloured poles. You would have to specify the required colours and placement of coloured poles and joints. For Apex Amplifiers please specify a colour or colours and any other ingredients and we will get back to you with a price. For capstones we are happy to offer simple bespoke designs for your choice of colours and crystals. Please email your requirements to Paul@paulbarlowenergy.com
  • When will I get my order?
    It can take up to 3 weeks to complete any order that includes resin products such as Apex Amplifiers and capstones, after which it’s shipped out. Pyramid orders and Caduceus orders will be completed with 3 – 7 days The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows: ● UK: 3–4 business days ● Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Where will my order ship from?
    All of our products are lovingly handmade and shipped from our Bude Workshops in Cornwall, England.
  • Will I be charged customs duties on my order?
    You will not be liable to pay any Customs or Tax duties on any products shipped to addresses in the UK. An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
  • My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
    Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address ● Ask your local post office if they have your package ● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at paul@paulbarlowenergy.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
  • How are your products made?
    Our products are all made by hand in our Cornish workshop.
  • How do I track my order?
    You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at paul@paulbarlowenergy.com
  • I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
    We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at paul@paulbarlowenergy.com within 7 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
  • What’s your return policy?
